Dr. Douglas L. Reigh

Periodontist

 

Dr. Douglas L. Reigh was raised in the Reading, Pennsylvania area and received his secondary school education at The Hill School in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania and his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Following dental school he completed a general practice residency and his periodontal and implant specialty training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Reigh was an associate professor at the University of Pennsylvania while starting his solo dental implant and periodontal practice in Reading, Pennsylvania. He has been and remains committed to academic excellence and continuing education. He went on to receive board certification and is a Diplomate of the board of periodontology. He is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, The American Academy of Periodontology, The Academy of Osseointegration, The Pennsylvania Dental Association and the Berks County Dental Society. He is on staff at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center in the department of dentistry, section of periodontics. In addition to his full time dental implant and periodontal practice in Reading, he practices on a part-time basis in the Downingtown, Pennsylvania area. His advocations include fly fishing, skiing, tennis, white water rafting, hunting, breeding and showing llamas, and exercise to name several. He considers himself a lifelong learner in many arenas. He and his wife were married in 1985 and attend Calvary Fellowship Church in Lionville, Pennsylvania.
