For more information, we always recommend calling your insurance company directly to have a full understanding of your benefits. Please always be sure to confirm directly with your insurance company that we are in network with your specific plan by giving our practice name and address. There are many plans out there and the more informed you are of your benefits, the better!

If you are searching for an insurance plan and are unsure how to decide, we are happy to offer advice and a few tips of how to choose.

*Be aware of waiting periods. Waiting periods are timeframes put in place by your insurance company during which the specified benefits are not available. While they may be included in your benefit package, they may not be available immediately.

*Higher maximums per plan year, typically running January to December but not always, will allow you more benefits on your covered services. Once this benefit is maxed, the insurance will not pay any more on your behalf until your plan is renewed.

*PPO plans are preferred. Reardon Dental does not participate, meaning no benefits may be available to you, for HMO or DMO plans.

If you have dental insurance, we file claims as a courtesy for our patients.
Payment is due at each appointment as well as fees not covered by insurance. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards.
We offer financing, with approved credit, through Care Credit

Reardon Dental In-House Plan

Fee Per Person: $352.00 per year

Coverage Per Person: Prophylaxis (Cleaning) and Oral Exam twice per year

All other services provided within our practice by a general dentist will have the fee reduced by 20% or 15% for a specialist.

Terms and Agreement: The Yearly fee of $352.00 is to be paid in full at the start of the plan and may begin any month of the year. All services provided at the reduced fee is to be paid at the time of treatment.

Exclusions and Limitations

This program is a discount plan, not an insurance plan
This discount plan cannot be combined with any other dental insurances or discounts
This plan is only valid at Reardon Dental
No refunds of premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize the discount plan
Patient portion of bill is always due on the date of service
